Regional Service Delivery Director

About the Role:

The Regional Service Delivery Director oversees the delivery of essential services across a designated region, managing multiple teams and stakeholders. This role is responsible for operational management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning to ensure effective service delivery and maximum value.

This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Operations, and works closely with other senior leaders to achieve organizational goals. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation.

Key Outcomes/Accountabilities:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services, meeting customer expectations and maintaining high levels of quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community groups.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing productivity.
  • Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and optimal return on investment.
