Job Opportunity: Mobile Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Mobile Claims Specialist. As part of our diverse team based in Adelaide, you will play a key role in helping individuals return to work after an injury.

Our Mobile Claims Specialists provide personalized face-to-face assistance to workers and employers, facilitating effective workplace-based coordination of a timely and safe return to work. Your responsibilities will include creating and driving RTW plans, collaborating with claims specialists, conducting community-based visits, and providing accurate information to all parties involved.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to build trust and work closely with a wide range of customers from diverse backgrounds. You must also be able to influence and negotiate outcomes, demonstrate resilience, and respond quickly to changing situations.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer and records management skills, hold a current driver's license, and be passionate about providing a high-quality service in a face-to-face setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and drive Return to Work (RTW) plans to support injured workers in their recovery journey
  • Collaborate with claims specialists to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care
  • Conduct community-based visits to engage with stakeholders and provide personalized support
  • Provide accurate and timely information to all parties involved in the return to work process
