Job Overview

A team leader drives results and fosters growth by guiding and supporting a high-performing team. They ensure the ongoing development of their team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions. The team leader translates program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team.

  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalised support.
  • Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
