Are you a remuneration professional looking to drive strategic initiatives within a forward-thinking organisation? We are seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Consultant to join our team at Swinburne University, reporting directly to the Manager of Remuneration & Benefits.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of key projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks. Your responsibilities will include job design and evaluation, remuneration reviews, talent management, governance, reporting, and supporting academic promotions.

Key Accountabilities
  • End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes;
  • Affinity or experience with job design and remuneration in the HR space, with a focus on developing innovative solutions;
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using Excel, with the ability to extract insights and inform business decisions;
  • Coordination and administration skills, with a proven capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems;
  • Sound organisational skills, including time management and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a degree-qualified professional with at least four years of relevant experience in human resources, business, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
