Product Quality Manager

This role requires a Quality Assurance Specialist to act as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. The successful candidate will analyze and identify root causes of nonconforming products, collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with product standards
- Analyze and identify root causes of nonconforming products
- Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure corrective actions resolve immediate NCRs and contribute to long-term quality improvements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GD&T, quality control or assurance, and inspection techniques. They will be able to work under different assignments, multitask, and work effectively in a team.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across processes and products. They will perform visual and dimensional inspections, make accept/reject decisions on inspected products, and prepare detailed inspection reports.
Requirements:- Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as quality inspector or engineer
- GD&T certification is a plus
