Customer Focus: Comprehensive understanding of customer expectations to ensure that product quality assurance efforts consistently aligned with enhancing customer satisfaction.
Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation to monitor product quality metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements in quality processes.
