This role supports the operations team in coordinating digital content production, working closely with merchandise and brand & marketing teams to achieve consistency across all visual content.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, style, and organize physical products for photography and videography, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Capture clear, high-quality product images that meet brand expectations through effective use of lighting, setup, and post-production techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of all products photographed or filmed, ensuring content can be easily tracked throughout the production pipeline.
- Export content from the shooting platform, upload each batch with detailed instructions, and track progress, facilitating efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Perform quality control on edited images to confirm they are correctly cropped, edited, named, and meet brand expectations.
- Upload finalised image sets to appropriate digital storage locations, maintaining consistency and accessibility.
- Notify relevant teams when content is complete and ready for launch, promoting seamless integration into marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the studio environment, ensuring it remains clean, functional, and optimised for use, contributing to an efficient workflow.
- Minimum 2 years experience in photography, studio assistance, or a similar role, preferably in the jewellery, luxury goods, or retail industry.
- Product and ecomm photography experience, including styling shoots, to ensure proficiency in diverse photography settings.
- Experience using and communicating with external editing and retouching services to enhance image quality.
- Strong technical skills in photography, setup, lighting, and post-production, with a keen eye for detail, enabling exceptional image capture.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and inventory management software, streamlining workflow efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
A portfolio demonstrating commercial product and lifestyle photography expertise is required for consideration, highlighting adaptability and creativity in various photography contexts.
