Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and strategies.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives using established and emerging technologies.
  • Create flexible learning solutions to meet diverse needs of the organisation and its people.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify gaps and current/future skill/knowledge requirements.
  • Prepare detailed briefs, presentations, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Analyse employee learning data for reporting and evaluation purposes.
About This Role
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, eLearning, or digital learning.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proven skills and experience in instructional design, developing learning experiences, and resources.
  • Knowledge of learning principles and practices, as well as current and future trends in digital technologies.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills, including scoping realistic projects, meeting timeframes, and delivering outcomes.
  • Display high-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team environments.
  • Skill to source and analyse data for reporting on learning solutions' effectiveness and employee learning behaviours.
