About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and deliver innovative learning experiences that foster growth, empower leaders, and drive strategic People & Culture initiatives.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering impactful online, in-person, and hybrid learning programs focused on capability growth, leadership, and strategic People & Culture priorities.
  • Developing training proposals with clear objectives, outcomes, and delivery plans.
  • Collaborating with internal experts and external providers to facilitate and coordinate high-quality training.
  • Guiding staff on development pathways for themselves and their teams.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline course delivery, marketing, registration, and reporting.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving training programs and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline, with significant experience in employee learning and development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering learning solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
