About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to develop, coordinate and lead learning initiatives and programs. This individual will partner with key stakeholders to contribute to our overall learning strategy and support the growth of our team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expert knowledge to design and implement impactful learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our white-collar workforce.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar, including learning events, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning resources, such as onboarding materials, leadership development programs, and supervisor foundation courses.
  • Analyze training needs within the organization and recommend targeted interventions to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields like Learning and Development or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development role within an engineering or construction company.
  • Proven track record of managing learning programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and computer literacy.
  • A passion for lifelong learning and personal growth.
