Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and refining an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable student achievement gains beyond traditional educational models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into product enhancements that drive student growth.
- Extract patterns from learning analytics to develop targeted interventions using AI/ML, learning science principles, and motivational strategies.
- Design and refine an AI-powered learning ecosystem that delivers measurable student achievement improvements.
- Connect with students through digital platforms to gather insights about their learning journeys and drive ecosystem improvements.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
- Expertise in learning theory, adult learning, and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
