Therapeutic Youth Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our specialist youth mental health program in Western Sydney.

This rewarding role involves delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, psychosocial supports and care coordination to young people at risk of developing serious mental illness.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to support clients both in the community and in an office setting, building key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recovery principles and be able to engage effectively with clients and families from diverse backgrounds.

Duties:

  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to high-risk young people
  • Providing strength-based and recovery case management, including quality assessment, safety planning and care coordination
  • Working collaboratively in a team to support clients and develop effective safety plans and support plans

Requirements:

  • Social Work degree with AASW registration
  • Current NSW driver's license
  • NSW Working With Children Check
