About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled and experienced Software Lifecycle Specialist to join our Client Success team.

Job Description:

The Software Lifecycle Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing software agreements for clients, with a primary focus on Cisco. This involves building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for clients throughout their agreement term to ensure they realize value from their investment.

The SLS will work to maximize NTT Data's profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of Cisco software programs, technology, and key licensing schemes to facilitate proactive client discussions.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of other software vendors' solutions, highly regarded.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Experience with and understanding of agreement lifecycle stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage proactively with clients to support Sales Specialists in achieving timely renewals and maximizing growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
  • Capacity to interpret a client's business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology, including core functionality and features, and ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
