Job Overview

We are seeking a leader who can drive our mobile childcare service to deliver high-quality programs for children in remote locations. This role will be responsible for developing productive relationships between clients and staff to support outcomes for families and children. It also involves supporting and mentoring educators on program delivery and documentation of learning progress.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of the mobile childcare service to deliver a high-quality program for children in remote locations.
  • Develop productive relationships between clients and staff to support outcomes for families and children.
  • Support and mentor educators on program delivery and documentation of learning progress.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher level of qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence.
  • Relevant industry knowledge and experience.
