Our manufacturing and storage facility in Condobolin, NSW, is now seeking a Production Manager to lead operations, ensuring excellence in safety, efficiency, and product quality.

About the role

As the Production Manager at Stockpro, you will oversee the daily efficient and effective management of our manufacturing and logistics operations ensuring streamlined production, safety compliance, and quality assurance. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage daily manufacturing operations and logistics, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Production scheduling, inventory control, and distribution.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, equipment.
  • Monitor product quality to meet customer and industry requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and support the production team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Oversee inventory levels and raw material deliveries.

What we're looking for

  • Manufacturing Expertise- Strong understanding of production processes, metal fabrication equipment, chain management, and logistics operations
  • Health & Safety Compliance- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and experience with WHS systems.
  • Leadership & Team Management - Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office suite and production planning software
  • Excellent communication
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Ability to address and resolve operational challenges and collaborate.
