Childcare Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our Mobile Childcare Service, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality program for children in remote locations.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Mobile Childcare Service, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships between clients and staff to support outcomes for families and children.
• Support and mentor educators on program delivery and documentation of learning progress.

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher level qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence.
• Relevant industry knowledge and experience.
