Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader - Mobile Childcare Service at our Condobolin Childcare Centre. This role is responsible for the daily running of the Mobile Childcare Service and contributes to a high-quality program for children in remote locations. It focuses on developing productive relationships between clients and staff to deliver the best outcomes for families and children. It is also responsible for supporting and mentoring educators on program delivery and preparation of documentation on progress of learning outcomes. This is a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of the Mobile Childcare Service to deliver a high-quality program for children in remote locations.
  • Develop productive relationships between clients and staff to support outcomes for families and children.
  • Support and mentor educators on program delivery and documentation of learning progress.
Qualifications
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher level of qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence.
  • Relevant industry knowledge and experience.
Benefits
  • The salary range is $2,541 to $2,732 per fortnight (includes market premium).
  • Starting salary to be determined upon qualifications and experience.
  • Grade 7 within Council's Salary Structure.
  • Working 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off (9 Day fortnight).
  • 3 weeks sick leave.

  • Employer superannuation of 11.5%.
  • Employment under the Local Government (State) Award.
