Job Title: Sales Performance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our organization as a Sales Performance Manager. This key role will be responsible for driving client retention, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic up-selling and cross-selling initiatives across our established client base.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in SaaS account management or customer success, preferably within healthcare or practice management software, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of up-selling or cross-selling.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, and a consultative approach when working with clinical stakeholders, including doctors and practice managers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships with a focus on retention and renewals, identifying opportunities to expand accounts through new AI features such as ambient listening and automated transcription
  • Lead clients through cloud migration and ensure smooth onboarding, collaborating with internal sales teams to support account strategies
  • Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and provide tailored solutions, delivering training and ongoing support to drive product adoption
  • Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in SaaS account management or customer success, preferably within healthcare or practice management software
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of up-selling or cross-selling
  • Able to navigate 6+ month sales cycles with deal sizes of $30–35k+
