Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, email and at the front counter
  • Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer any questions
  • Upsell and provide quotes to customers
  • Perform sales data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasing tasks

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and able to multitask well. A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop their skillset are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
