Allied Health Professional - CAMHS

About the Role:

The Allied Health Professional will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide secondary level mental health interventions to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment, Care Planning, and Intervention Delivery:
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver effective secondary level mental health interventions to children and families.
  • Collaborative Partnerships:
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with primary health, child health, and parenting services to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Client Outcomes:
  • Collect, review, and analyze client and service outcome data to inform quality improvement initiatives and optimize client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications:
  • Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification or program of study, and registration with the relevant National Board or professional association.
  • Registration and Licensing:
  • Current Working with Children Registration (where applicable) and a current Driver's Licence.
