Housekeeping Supervisor at Rydges South Bank Brisbane

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Rydges South Bank Brisbane.
As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the hotel. Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 40 staff members, ensuring they meet their daily cleaning requirements and adhere to our high standards.
This is a full-time position that requires a proactive attitude, hands-on operational experience, and excellent leadership skills. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of housekeepers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure guest rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Allocate daily workloads for room attendants, housemen, and public area cleaners.
- Assist in preparing and allocating VIP and sales site rooms daily.
- Manage staff uniform inventories and collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support compliance with WHS regulations and foster a safe working environment.
