Key Responsibilities:As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome.
You will provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy with accounting functions.
Communicate with housekeeping, reservations and maintenance departments to meet guest needs.
Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift.
