Job Title: General Manager

At Austca Building Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our company's daily operations. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business strategies to support operational excellence and business growth.
  • Operations and Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Business Development and Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, management, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the construction or related industries.
  • Mandarin language skills preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
