Our Client is a private owner with multiple investment arms and a unique business model, owning a notable portfolio of mixed assets and managing properties for select clients.

They are currently in a growth phase and seeking an experienced Sales & Leasing Executive to benefit from immediate listings, while also prospecting for new business to drive growth.

This role focuses on large format retail and industrial assets with immediate listings from the management portfolio. There's significant opportunity to expand into commercial space if you're hungry and motivated.

You'll be expected to develop established networks and prospect for new listings to grow the portfolio. A strong negotiator with excellent financial capability and natural sales ability is required.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience in industrial or commercial sales and leasing with a proven track record;
  • A polished presentation;
  • A current WA sales registration;
  • Strong negotiation and financial skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Tertiary education in a property or financial discipline would be advantageous.
