Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain effective time management practices for senior leadership, including coordinating diary appointments, prioritising correspondence and preventing unnecessary interruptions.
  2. Develop and manage administrative support to educational operations in accordance with school guidelines.
  3. Arrange appointments, meetings and conferences, including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation.
  4. Maintain high accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents.

In accordance with relevant legislation, a person is prohibited from working in regulated child-related employment unless they hold a current Working with Children Check clearance.
