The Workforce Strategy Consultant role is a high-impact opportunity to drive meaningful change in K-12 education.
This position involves working with schools to build resilient, sustainable workforces facing teacher shortages and evolving challenges.
The successful candidate will apply HR and OD expertise to transform K-12 schools through workforce strategy, organisation design, accountability frameworks, function/job design, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own client projects related to workforce strategy, organisation design, and transformation initiatives.
- Support the CXO in uncovering opportunities to embed data-driven insights and elevate HR practices in schools.
- Develop professional learning and psychometric tools to drive adoption and create impact.
- Identify upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer to shape new products, processes, and offerings.
- Engage at forums and events to represent PeopleBench with energy and credibility.
- Travel as needed to connect with clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in complex, people-focused environments (education, government, aged care, social impact, or community services).
They must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, spark meaningful change, and leave clients impressed.
Key skills include tailored solutions across workforce strategy, hire-to-retire lifecycle, and organisational restructuring, as well as leading impactful OD programs.
