Lead Change and Champion Excellence

The role of an Educational Leader at our centre is to collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. This involves guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and working closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs.
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead change and champion excellence in educational practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
