We're seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Abervale Retirement Village in Grovedale. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the set menu
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Kitchen Assistant to serve meals (approximately 25 servings per day)
Requirements
  • Prior experience in café or restaurant food operations
  • Relevant cooking qualifications or a Cert 4 in hospitality or commercial cookery
  • Ability to multitask and work independently, with a strong focus on customer service

This is a permanent Part-Time position, working 5 days per fortnight, including Friday, Sunday and every second Saturday. Occasional extra hours may be required.
