Overview

Join Our Culinary Leadership Team as Sous Chef. We are entering an exciting new chapter in our Culinary and Food & Beverage journey. With a clear focus on innovation, guest experience, and team excellence, we are seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef and Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to guide our talented team through this next phase of growth and transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Act as a role model for the team, mentoring junior chefs, contributing creative ideas, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all outlets and meal periods.
  • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all outlets.
  • Mentor and develop culinary staff, inspiring creativity, fostering growth and skill development.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently while embracing change and new ideas.

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional culinary expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to the evolution of the culinary department.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional food.
  • Commitment to teamwork, positive culture, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to change and support the kitchen's evolving direction.
