Residential Elearning Role

This is a full-time role working an attractive 5/2, 4/3 nine-day fortnight, promoting a healthy work-life balance and involvement in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement eLearning governance across the state
  • Develop, design and maintain eLearning resources using contemporary learning principles and tools
  • Project manage all internal and external module builds
  • Apply instructional design skills and adult learning principles to develop storyboards and interactives suitable for the workforce
  • Gather and manipulate digital media for use in modules (photography/film/graphics)
  • Develop voice over scripting, record and edit VO
  • Upload and test modules in LMS environments
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet health and safety regulations and company policies and guidelines
  • Identify and coordinate professional development opportunities for our Training Teams
  • Increase awareness, user experience, promotion and usage analysis within our corporate online learning platform

Candidates will have:

  • Experience or qualifications in eLearning, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or a similar field are highly regarded
  • Able to build, develop and positively influence customer and external provider relationships
  • High precision in attending to details and robust follow-up proficiencies
  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms, such as SuccessFactors Learning and Cornerstone
  • Skills and experience in authoring tools such as Lectora, Rise 360, Storyline or similar
  • Skills and experience in graphic design and multimedia skills using Adobe program suite
  • Photography and videography skills/experience
  • Able to navigate transitions effectively and accomplish tasks in complex environments
  • Capable of autonomously coordinating various projects to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
