Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer centric individual who enjoys providing customers with advice and excellent experience. We will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.

This role is a full-time position of 38 hours per week, based in our Fosroc Construction Centre in Wetherill Park, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels
  • Forklift Licence

You enjoy working with people, have great communication skills and are passionate about helping others. We do require you to regularly lift paint tins that weigh up to 25kgs so being physically fit is essential.

We will provide product and on the job training, so we are looking for people that are willing to learn, develop and provide excellent service to our passionate customer base.
