Responsibilities
  • Build a connection with a variety of customers and provide customised solutions.
  • Deliver consultative service and up-to-date guidance on the latest tech and gadgets.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Learn and grow within the role and across Telstra's products and solutions.
