We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in achieving operational excellence and fostering a strong safety culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor to take on a key leadership role, overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations across safety, dispatch, receiving, general warehouse operation, and specialist functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of employee safety and adherence to safety policies and procedures
  • Engage, support, and mentor team members to achieve development and performance goals
  • Inventory Management, ordering, cycle counting, and discrepancy investigations
  • Oversee specialist functions including kitting, manufacturing, and hose production
  • Implement continuous improvement of production efficiencies, equipment maintenance, and processes
  • Dedicated to providing quality customer service
  • Planning and scheduling of resources in line with fluctuating workload
  • Problem solving to ensure customers receive parts on time and as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supervisor experience within a warehouse environment
  • Experience leading teams and driving organisational change
  • Experience using SAP, Scale or DBS
  • A dedicated approach to maintaining Safety for yourself and your team
  • Strong people skills able to interact, engage, and connect with people from all paths of life
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
  • Strong planning and organising skills
