The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a key branch in the Hunter Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a long-established business that values people, safety and teamwork. This is a permanent and full-time position, on-site and Monday–Friday roster.



What you will be responsible for
  • Lead and manage daily operations across workshop, warehouse, sales, logistics and purchasing
  • Drive efficiency, process improvements and operational excellence
  • Oversee budgets, expenditure and quality assurance standards
  • Foster a positive, safe and high-performing work culture
  • Build strong relationships with staff, customers, suppliers and management
  • Ensure compliance with policies, legislation and industry standards


What you will bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • Experience within mining, heavy industry and mobile machinery is advantageous
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Advanced organisational and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence in driving change and making data-driven decisions
  • Qualifications in Business, Management or related field (desirable)
