Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results in the commercial construction industry.

About The Role
  • Lead with a Safety focus: Prioritise workplace health and safety above all else, developing and owning the project management plan.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and coach the project management team to ensure they meet performance expectations and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, budgets & financial performance, and oversee the development of effective work plans.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements and manage compliance with inspection and test plans to maintain project quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out and implement improvements to ensure best practices and a competitive advantage.
  • Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for new work opportunities.
  • Subcontractor Management: Appoint subcontractors and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry project management.
  • Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A valid Car Driver's License and WHS certification.
  • A Diploma of Project Management is desirable.
