You will take charge of onboarding and implementation projects across our entire suite, including PSA, RMM, documentation, and security tools.

  • Provide expert guidance on product setup and ensure efficient, secure environments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Partner Success teams to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years' experience in IT implementations, consulting, or technical project delivery, along with a solid understanding of how SaaS products integrate across systems and networking fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of our solutions for new SMB and mid-market customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding and delivery.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, assess customer needs, and map them to best-practice configurations.
  • Define product specs, oversee installations, and ensure adoption success.
  • Track progress and respond to issues during implementations.
