Workplace Safety Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant for workplace safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kick-starting implementation projects with clear project scope and deliverables.
  • Ensuring timely action and successful delivery of milestones through the entire implementation cycle.
  • Working closely with internal teams to facilitate implementations, raising risks and issues to customers promptly.
  • Providing a thorough hand-over following implementation.
  • Assisting with customer-specific or technical questions.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Updating systems and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' experience within an OHS or workers compensation role.
  • Focus on implementation experience and proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Applications, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience communicating with large and enterprise clients highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of injury management & claims systems beneficial.

The ideal candidate will partner with clients to achieve successful implementations and deliver results-driven solutions. They will be responsible for configuring HSI Donesafe's Injury & Claims Management system to meet client needs, leading workshops, and ensuring timely project completion.
