Customer Experience Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance solutions and be able to implement Microsoft Business Central applications for customers.

About the Role:
  • This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing finance solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to pre-sales activities.
  • The role also involves travel to project and training requirements, including remote areas.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Implement Microsoft Business Central applications for customers, following professional services and project management framework and methodologies.
  • Conduct individual and group product demonstrations.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, such as scope, technical, and effort requirements for quoting and tender responses.
  • Travel to project and training requirements, including remote areas, with potential interstate travel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business processes and needs during implementation.
  • Drive assigned implementation services from start to 'go live'.
  • Attend project meetings and provide proactive customer contact throughout the process.
  • Achieve customer expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
