The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leisure and Lifestyle Care Service Employee to join our team in Gunnedah, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents live their best possible lives. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and delivering activities, promoting social engagement, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and a proven track record of working in a similar role. You will have:
- Cert III Individual Support / Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
- Proven skills and ability to adapt to individual needs to communicate effectively
- Good understanding of WHS principles to ensure the ongoing safety of our residents
- Excellent computer skills
- Unrestricted drivers licence
- Bus licence or willingness to obtain (and drive the bus of course)
- Highly creative – love a bit of arts and crafts
- Most importantly – love making a positive difference in someone's day
