The Role
At McLean Care, the company's residents are at the heart of everything they do. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, with a focus on delivering person-centered care to residents with dementia and challenging behaviors. The successful candidate will have experience in planning activities, social engagement, and promoting a happy, healthy lifestyle.
About You
- Cert III Individual Support / Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
- Proven skills and ability to adapt to individual needs to communicate effectively
- Good understanding of WHS principles to ensure the ongoing safety of residents
- Excellent computer skills
- Unrestricted drivers license
- Bus license or willingness to obtain (and drive the bus of course)
- Highly creative – love a bit of arts and crafts
- Most importantly – love making a positive difference in someone's day
