Job Title: Sport Officer Support Specialist

The key function of this role is to provide high-level support services to the Chief Sport Officer.

  • Manage the Chief Sport Officer's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate business trips, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reconciliations.
  • Oversee email management, document control, and ensure timely communication and filing accuracy.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support financial processing and administrative reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements across the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide general office and facilities support where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting a senior executive or similar position is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
