Chief Sport Officer Support Specialist

This pivotal role requires a proactive mindset to manage complex diary, travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensure the smooth operation of the sport division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Chief Sport Officer's diary, including meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reconciliations
  • Oversight of inbox and document management, ensuring timely communication and filing accuracy
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Support financial processing and administrative reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required. Alignment with core values: Ambitious, Inclusive, Collaborative, and Agile is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
