Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to our customers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each customer.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss customer care and develop strategies for improving services.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- National Police Clearance, current Driver's License, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
