Technical Writer

This is a dynamic role where you will provide valuable support to proofread and format various business documents. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and publishing documents to internal and external audiences, including end-user documentation in multiple formats.

Your duties will include liaising with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the creation of high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our audience. Additionally, you will be required to mentor and assist new team members as needed, sharing your experience and knowledge to help them grow professionally.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have prior experience contributing documentation and resources to software projects and be proficient in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
