Rural Property Sales and Advisory Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of sales campaigns for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets.
The role requires:
- Actively pursuing new appointments with organisations, focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses that result in ongoing opportunities.
- Maintaining a high level of market presence through consistent advertising and media mentions.
- Analysing property sales and clients' probability and potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
- Driving internal relationships between product lines via referrals, ensuring information transfer and opportunities between divisions.
You must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Victoria. Ideally, you will have a track record in rural property sales or advisory, however related sales experience dealing with rural clients from a banking or agribusiness operational background will also be considered.
