About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Strategic Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team in Canning Vale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new and existing sales while improving customer engagement by building high-level strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key customers to grow and maximize sales revenue and trading margins
  • Provide monthly sales and margin forecasts, as well as reporting on actual results and national activity
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet and support shared objectives
  • Work closely with the Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Purchasing teams to ensure a well-coordinated approach to serve and sell to customers
Requirements
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel when required
  • At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing, mining, or construction industries
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence multiple functions in a large complex business with a growth mindset
  • Proven background in project management, sales, and customer service
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suites, with strong Excel experience and ability to present operational reports
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and CRM (desirable, not essential)
