This senior leadership role requires a strategic and experienced professional to oversee the integrity of various sports competitions.

About the Role

As a key member of the Integrity Unit, you will lead a team of investigators in complex matters, ensuring the highest level of integrity across all competitions.

  • You will be responsible for managing the implementation of strategies and policies to maintain an intelligence-led integrity service.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, including victim, witness, and suspect interviews, to form recommendations for the Head of Integrity and Security.
  • Developing and implementing investigation plans and policies to achieve objectives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including AFL Clubs and State Leagues.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading investigative teams in complex matters.
  • Strong knowledge of current legislative and investigative processes, practices, and techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven track record in building relationships and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High-level computer skills, including case management systems.
