We're seeking an experienced leader to guide our venue team and drive exceptional results. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for making every shift a winning one.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations with strong strategic vision and build a high-performance culture that's always game-day ready
- Mentor and upskill your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive financial performance and turn insights into successful outcomes
- Maintain our brand standards and ensure seamless execution of all aspects of the business
- At least 2 years' experience in hospitality (preferably in restaurants or pubs)
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs effectively
- RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications
