Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation, unifying and inspiring communities through Cricket.

As our Integrity Partner, you will be responsible for advising and supporting on all Integrity Unit related matters, as well as the implementation and delivery of the Integrity Unit's strategic and operational plan.

About the Role

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Drafting and collating information for reports on integrity matters to various parties
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including government agencies and external monitoring bodies
  • Assisting with due diligence, negotiation, drafting and renewal of agreements
  • Conducting audits of betting operator returns and betting operations
  • Managing anti-doping strategies and test distribution plans under relevant codes
  • Providing advice, support and guidance on integrity-related matters, codes, policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications

**You'll Need:**

  • Admission to practice as an Australian lawyer or equivalent experience in sports integrity management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in managing integrity operations
  • Strong policy writing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of sports integrity, governance principles, corruption and risk management in sporting events and with elite sporting teams
