Job Overview

The AFL is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to step into the Integrity Manager position whose work directly impacts the integrity of various competitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the investigative arm in complex integrity matters.
  • Facilitate compliance through proactive intervention of integrity issues that impact all managed competitions.
  • Conduct investigations across a range of subject matters relating to competition integrity, including conducting victim, witness and suspect interviews and forming recommendations.
  • Develop and implement investigation plans to achieve objectives.
  • Foster relationships with clubs through their respective committees.
Requirements:
  • Senior investigator with 10 years' experience preferably in sports integrity.
  • Deep knowledge of safeguarding children legislation nationally and experience investigating vilification matters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record in building diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated record of integrity and confidential information handling.

 

This role requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking to drive effective outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of integrity principles and be able to lead by example.

As an Integrity Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our competitions and ensuring fair play for all participants.
